Lianne McLean | Founder & Realtor

Lianne is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping others. Her love of real estate is rooted in her own experience as both a buyer and a seller. She is committed to building trusted relationships with all of her clients. With over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the biotech industry, she brings a wealth of business, marketing, and negotiation skills to every transaction.

Her commitment to you goes beyond the transaction. She takes the time to understand your goals and tailors her approach to help you achieve them. Lianne believes in transparent, timely, and open communication so you’re always informed throughout the buying or selling process. Her goal is to ensure you receive the best insights and advice tailored to your specific needs.

Lianne is a fourth-generation Northern Californian and holds a B.A. in Genetics from UC Berkeley. She owns investment properties in Ohio and has hands-on experience remodeling and rehabbing older homes. Active in her community, she volunteers at the SF/Marin Food Bank, local homeless shelters, and with organizations that support women in recovery.

Regan Cherrington | Realtor

Regan is a commercial real estate specialist with KW Commercial in Burlingame, CA. He exclusively represents buyers, sellers, lessees, and property owners across a range of real estate asset classes, with a primary focus on the San Francisco Bay Area and strategic markets throughout the country.

With a background in commercial real estate financing and wealth management, Regan brings a well-rounded, investment-minded perspective to every transaction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, equipping him with the financial expertise to guide clients in making informed, strategic decisions.

Zach Hernandez | Director of Marketing

Zach is a Bay Area native with a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Sonoma State University. He brings a strategic and creative mindset to McLean Realty Group’s marketing efforts, managing digital content, social media, and listing promotion to build strong connections with buyers, sellers, and the local community. His work focuses on shaping a consistent, compelling brand presence that reflects the values and vision of the team.

Inspired by the lifestyle and natural beauty of the Coastside, Zach is passionate about storytelling that highlights what makes each home and neighborhood unique. He enjoys finding fresh, creative ways to connect with the community and elevate the McLean Realty brand. Outside of work, he spends his time watching and playing sports, podcasting, and enjoying the outdoors.
